How do I book?

Easy, just follow through the steps on the booking form found by scrolling down the homepage. Refer to the Pricing tab for more detail on services and chat us through the chat widget if you have any questions.

On the map widget be careful to make sure the drop pin is exactly where your car is or will be location. Fill in your car details and then select what service you would like. Simply hit Next, go through sign up, payment details, and you're done! We then match you to one of Car Wash Pros in your area and your car gets cleaned.

PLEASE NOTE: Your card is never charged until the car wash is complete. We use leading online payments provider Stripe.com to store all card details and handle transactions - we do not store any personal card details.

What areas do we currently cover?

Zones 1-6 West, South-West & South London, although we're rapidly expanding and will be servicing all of Greater London by Jun-17.

How much will it cost?

All our prices are listed here on the Pricing tab and they are also clearly displayed on the booking form.

What are your hours of operation?

You can request a car wash through our site at anytime, our Car Wash Pros are operational Monday through Sunday from 8am to 6pm or until nightfall.

Do I need to be present?

No! Our Car Wash Pros come straight to your car, so you can relax and enjoy your day. Please note that the interior cannot be cleaned unless you grant access by unlocking your car. For exterior only services, you do not have to be present.

When is my payment processed?

Your card is not charged until the car wash operator has completed the job and is totally satisfied that your car is clean. You will know this via a confirmation email sent to you. Your details are held securely and encrypted with Stripe.com.

Where does my car have to be?

Anywhere that is publicly accessible.

Who will turn up and will they be any good?

All our Car Wash Pros are fully vetted by us and are experienced within the car wash industry.

How will I know when my car has been washed?

You will receive a confirmation email once your car has been washed along with a picture of it looking nice and clean.

Can I have a receipt so I can expense the wash.

Yes, one is automatically sent to you in a separate email after the completion of your car wash.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?

Should you need to change the time of your booking or cancel the booking you may contact us on 0203 389 8680 or email us at: support@gowashmycar.com During the hours of operation we will be on hand to help facilitate any changes.
