Dog Owners Valet in London

Because your dog is family, and the car is where you go on adventures together.

Muddy paws, happy walks, a nose on every window: that's what a car is for when your dog is part of the family. This valet lifts the vast majority of the dog hair out of the seats and carpets, shampoos the cabin fresh and hand washes the outside, so every journey together starts clean.

£215

Large car £235. Congestion Zone adds £18.

About 3 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the car and how much your dog loves it.

Care for every member of the family

Our pets are family, and we treat the car they love the same way. Your valeter takes their time over the seats, the footwells and the boot where your dog rides, then shampoos the lot, so the car feels fresh for you and comfortable for them.

What the Dog Owners Valet adds

  • Pet hair removal
  • Upholstery shampooed, or leather cleaned and conditioned
  • Carpet and mats shampooed

It skips the wax and the engine bay and spends that time on the inside, where your dog has been.

  • Safe on electric and hybrid cars. Everything is done by hand, the charge port stays closed, and the rinse is gentle and never aimed at the charge port, seams or sensors.
  • Safe on leather. Leather is cleaned with a pH-balanced leather cleaner and a soft brush, then conditioned to keep it supple.

How your car is washed

The same four steps on every wash with an outside clean, in this order, with pro kit.

  1. A Mercedes SUV covered in pre-wash snow foam at the kerb

    Step 1

    Snow foam pre-wash

A thick layer of pH-neutral snow foam softens road grime and lifts grit off the paint before anything touches it. The wheels get their own cleaner and their own brushes.

  2. A gloved hand with a wash mitt hand washing a foamed white car door

    Step 2

    Two-bucket hand wash

Washed by hand, panel by panel, with a soft microfibre mitt and two buckets: one to wash, one to rinse the mitt, so the dirt never goes back onto your paint.

  3. A valeter in hi-vis rinsing a white SUV on a driveway

    Step 3

    Deionised water rinse

Rinsed with deionised water carried in the van. It has the minerals taken out, so it dries without leaving water spots.

  4. Drying a white bonnet with a grey microfibre towel

    Step 4

    Microfibre dry and finish

Dried by hand with clean, soft microfibre towels. The tyres are dressed and, on washes that include it, the wax goes on and is buffed to a shine.

See the other 6 steps
  1. Gutters and fluids

The boot and bonnet gutters are cleared of leaves and grime, the screenwash is topped up and the oil and fluid levels are checked.

  2. Pet hair lifted out

A dedicated rubber pet hair brush teases embedded hair out of the fabric and carpet fibres, and a powerful vacuum takes it away, before anything is shampooed.

  3. Vacuumed throughout

Seats, carpets, mats and boot vacuumed, with crevice tools between and under the seats.

  4. Surfaces wiped

Door shuts, door cards, centre console and dash wiped with an interior cleaner that is safe on plastics, trim and screens, then buffed with microfibre.

  5. Glass cleaned

The inside of every window cleaned streak-free with a dedicated glass cleaner and a fresh microfibre cloth.

  6. Seats and carpets shampooed

Fabric seats, carpets and mats shampooed and the dirt drawn out with a wet extraction vacuum. Leather is cleaned with a pH-balanced leather cleaner and a soft brush, then conditioned.

Questions about the Dog Owners Valet

How much of the dog hair comes out?

The vast majority. Your valeter works the hair out of the fabric and carpet fibres with a dedicated pet hair brush, vacuums it away, then shampoos the seats and carpets, so the cabin looks and feels fresh again.

Will it get rid of the doggy smell?

Shampooing the seats, carpets and mats freshens the cabin a lot. For a smell that lingers, add Odour removal and it's treated at the source.

What about the boot, where my dog rides?

The boot is vacuumed and gets the same pet hair treatment as the seats. Take out beds, blankets and crates before your valeter arrives and they'll clean right underneath.

Are the products gentle enough for a car my dog travels in?

Yes. The interior is cleaned with products made for car fabrics and leather, rinsed out by extraction, and left to dry before your dog jumps back in.
