The same four steps on every wash with an outside clean, in this order, with pro kit.
Step 1
A thick layer of pH-neutral snow foam softens road grime and lifts grit off the paint before anything touches it. The wheels get their own cleaner and their own brushes.
Step 2
Washed by hand, panel by panel, with a soft microfibre mitt and two buckets: one to wash, one to rinse the mitt, so the dirt never goes back onto your paint.
Step 3
Rinsed with deionised water carried in the van. It has the minerals taken out, so it dries without leaving water spots.
Step 4
Dried by hand with clean, soft microfibre towels. The tyres are dressed and, on washes that include it, the wax goes on and is buffed to a shine.
Finished with a basic body wax, applied by hand and buffed to a shine.
The boot and bonnet gutters are cleared of leaves and grime, the screenwash is topped up and the oil and fluid levels are checked.
Seats, carpets, mats and boot vacuumed, with crevice tools between and under the seats.
Door shuts, door cards, centre console and dash wiped with an interior cleaner that is safe on plastics, trim and screens, then buffed with microfibre.
The inside of every window cleaned streak-free with a dedicated glass cleaner and a fresh microfibre cloth.
Tick any of these when you book. Each one shows its price before you pay.

The Full Valet goes deeper: seats and carpets shampooed, the engine bay cleaned and the wax upgraded to HD Carnauba or a paint sealant. Many owners book a Full Valet a few times a year and the PLUS in between.
